Control system: The frequency converter and time controller are adopted to realize the automatic control of the frequency converter to drive the dry drum for variable speed control, equipped with liquid level detection, and realize the automatic start of the storage tank when it is full

Dry drum: The use of two-stage filtration, coarse and fine filtration, so that the separation of slag water more efficient, the use of blowing system, to achieve automatic slag discharge function.

Principle of the slag water separator: 

The use of sewage pump to pump the slag water mixture into the dump dry bucket, the frequency converter drives the dump dry bucket to run at high speed, and the slag water is separated here with the filter cloth. The equipment is designed with two stages of separation, which can effectively separate the solids in the slag water, and then use the frequency converter to beat the slag at low speed, and collect the separated solids into the bag by gravity.
