1. Distillation: The equipment heats the liquid mixture to its boiling point by providing a heat source. Different components are evaporated at different boiling point temperatures, thereby achieving the separation of components. In general, the more volatile components evaporate first, while the less volatile components remain in the liquid state.2. Condensation: The evaporated components rise to the upper part in the distillation equipment, then enter the condenser, and recondense into liquid by cooling down. The condenser can be realized by cooling water or other cooling medium. The condensed liquid will return to the equipment and continue to participate in the next round of distillation.3. Drying: The separated liquid is introduced into a drying tower or drying chamber filled with drying medium. Hot air or other heat source is heated through the drying medium to evaporate the excess solvent in the liquid and make it dry. The desired degree of drying can be achieved with proper equipment settings and operating controls.
